Salary: $58,900
Hours: Monday-Friday, with on-call responsibilities

Job Description
What You Get To Do:
The Area Manager is responsible for providing managerial oversight and operation of a segment or portion of a segment of business. This position is also responsible for personnel, program, coordination of services and supports and the maintenance of high quality service and supports to vendors, persons served and other stake holders.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Assure that services are in compliance with licensure and regulation standards.
- Assure the ongoing presence of choices in the participants’ lives.
- Maintain responsibility for the management/supervision of all personnel in designated area of responsibility.
- Participate in the development and implementation of a comprehensive training program for personnel.
- Assume a leadership role in the development and implementation of organizational philosophy, policies and procedures.
- Promote a positive and professional attitude to others.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, certification and regulatory standards for all services provided under the assigned case load.
- In conjunction with the State Director or Director Designee, be responsible for the budgetary/fiscal components of the programs.
Qualifications
What Makes You A Great Fit:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field
- 2-3 years experience in providing services to participants with developmental disabilities or a part of the Long Term Care system.
- Candidate must possess sound decision-making and communication skills, be responsible, mature, and flexible; and have prior management/supervisory experience.
