Company Description

WE OFFER:
- Compensation: Hourly rate of $34 to $35, based on experience.
- Work Environment: On-site initially (90 days), then hybrid—3 days in-office, 2 days remote.
- Team Culture: Focuses on work-life balance for a fulfilling and sustainable career
- Work Schedule: Typically, 8 AM – 5 PM PST, flexibility available; some travel required, 10% of the time to the Everett and Tacoma area.

Job Description
At Dungarvin, we believe that every person deserves the opportunity to live a meaningful life. As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you’ll play a vital role in supporting the people who make that possible; our dedicated employees.
In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to operations leaders and employees alike, helping align people strategy with organizational goals. You’ll blend strategic HR insight with hands-on partnership, ensuring our teams feel supported, empowered, and connected to our mission.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Build strong, trusted relationships with managers and employees across your business units.
- Partner with operations to understand goals and challenges, translating them into actionable HR strategies.
- Coach and advise leaders on employee relations, performance management, investigations, and team development.
- Support organizational change initiatives, growth planning, and workforce development efforts.
- Collaborate with HR peers to ensure consistent, proactive, and solution-oriented communication.
- Contribute to data-driven HR insights; using metrics and reports to guide business decisions.
- Lead onboarding and professional orientation for new leaders, ensuring they feel connected, informed, and ready to succeed.
Qualifications
MUST HAVE:
- Education: Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in Human Resources.
- HR Experience: 3+ years as a strategic HR Business Partner or a blend of HR and operations experience.
- Employee Group Support: Experience supporting large non-exempt employee groups (150+ employees).
- HR Expertise: Broad knowledge across employee relations, compensation, performance management, and employment law; preferred experience in investigations, coaching, employee development/training, project/change management, and HR data analysis.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Advanced Education: Master’s degree in Human Resources (HRM) or an MBA with HR focus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Workday, UltiPro (Ultimate Software), SmartRecruiters, Relias, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Sharepoint, Microsoft Teams, and other HRIS, ATS, or LMS platforms.
- Professional certifications: such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
- Additional Credentials: Coaching, Mediation, or Project Management certifications (PMP, CAPM) are a plus.
