We have a variety of roles at Dungarvin, all of our roles play an important part in carrying out Dungarvins mission. We are currently hiring a Maintenance Technician, this position will assist our maintenance manager with preventative, corrective and renovative maintenance of assigned buildings, grounds, vehicles, and property including: planning, implementation, quality assurance, and budget adherence.

Job Description
The Part Time Maintenance Technician II is responsible for assisting the maintenance manager with critical preventative, corrective, and renovative maintenance of assigned buildings, grounds, vehicles, and property. This role encompasses crucial aspects of facility management, including planning, implementation, quality assurance, and budget adherence.
- Fulfill part-time position requirements, Monday - Friday, with flexibility between the hours of 10 am - 2pm, primarily during daytime hours.
- Assume on-call responsibilities as a vital part of the maintenance team.
- Execute assigned maintenance tasks with precision and efficiency.
- Maintain meticulous records and complete comprehensive documentation of work accomplished, time allocation, purchases, and other relevant information.
- Procure and evaluate bids for externally contracted projects to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Diligently track and manage annual maintenance plans and preventive maintenance checklists to ensure optimal facility operations.
Qualifications
What Makes You A Great Fit:
- Valid Drivers License is required
- Experience in building maintenance including heating, plumbing, electrical, and general repair.
- Must have available reliable and appropriate means of transportation and basic tools
- Good decision-making and communication skills, be responsible, mature, flexible, and able to work independently and as a team member.
- Possess ability to evaluate cost effectiveness and preventative measures.
- 18 years or older
- Successful clearance of a criminal background check for licensing requirement
