Job Description
WHAT IS A DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL?
Working directly as a Direct Support Professional, you will be able to assist in a residential setting. The Direct Support Professional (caregiver) is responsible for providing direct support, hands-on instruction, assistance, and positive direction to those we support in a manner that ensures their health, safety, successful achievement of service objectives, and personal goals.
No Experience? That's fine, we will provide the necessary paid training and hands-on experience.

WHAT DOES A DUNGARVIN PROGRAM DIRECTOR DO?
As a Program Director you will coordinate and manage the overall assigned program. The primary areas of responsibility for this position include personnel management and program coordination including quality of staff, assuring they complete orientation, and ongoing training. You will be responsible for monitoring all aspects of the program such as: developing individual goals and plans, implementing program, as well as assuring coordination and management of the overall operations. This includes medical, financial and maintenance aspects of the home, through guiding and directing the lead direct support professional.
