Job Description

What You’ll Do

As a Weekend Float DSP, you’ll provide support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a variety of residential programs. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and making a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities may include:

Assisting with daily living activities
Supporting independence and community involvement
Providing companionship and emotional support
Assisting with meals, medication administration, and personal care
Maintaining a safe, positive environment
Traveling between assigned programs as needed

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

Compassionate, dependable, and flexible individuals
Ability to adapt to different homes and support needs
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Valid driver’s license preferred/required
Experience in caregiving, DSP, CNA, mental health, or healthcare is helpful — but we will train the right person!
